Since 2009, Mr. Rahul Ambavane has been building a legacy in construction starting as Kavya Construction, a hands-on civil contracting firm executing residential and commercial projects across Mumbai, including RCC, brickwork, plaster, and premium home interiors.

Under the brand name Build Set, the firm grew into a trusted contractor and developer, completing over 5,00,000 sq. ft. of construction. The business earned an impeccable market reputation driven largely by referrals from satisfied homeowners and realtors.

Today, that same expertise lives on as Ambavane Realty an independent developer where civil craftsmanship meets a customer-first vision, and where every tower is built as if it were for family.
